Essential Oil, Lavender, Neroli, Yang-Ylang
Emotions overwhelm the point of panic and entering a Crisis or no one can reason. In fact, at the time of crisis, body secretes a large dose of adrenaline. This hormone increases the muscle tension and heart rate, which in turn leads to hyperventilation and syncope. It is as if you were to suffer a you tremble and shock of the whole body without understanding what happened and what is happening. If you suffer from panic attacks, you need some essential oils for their benefit in this area. Spray them in your home, in your office or wherever you are most frequently in the day. You can even mix the essential oil in cologne or perfume (light in flavor) to keep you in an atmosphere well-being.
Here is a list of essential oils effective against panic attacks. You can use them separately or combine them as you wish. The combination of frankincense, lavender, neroli and ylang-ylang will help you to fight panic attacks naturally without the use of heavy treatments
