The Asanas and body language
Are you aware of body language? We can all use it and sometimes it is more authentic than verbal language. While seemingly insignificant gesture, such as her hair or cross his legs, can reveal more than we would like to say more than words.
When we are happy or sad, the body participates in our states, this is true for all states in which we live. Perhaps you have observed that sometimes the mental states influence our posture: discouragement ensures that we baissions penchions shoulders and head, while the enthusiasm that we straighten the back and have eyes that shine. We are changing still, unconsciously, body position according to the mental state we live. Conversely, we can use some body positions to alter mental states.
Look closely at what is happening with your body when you are sad or pessimistic. Remember promptly that "attitude generates the ability" and do not let your body take a defeatist people. Make your back, breathe deeply, raise the head - and you'll feel better already. In yoga, you learn to do more than that. You learn to act quickly anytime to generate positive states and to keep growing longer.
