Massage feet with three essential oils



To restore suppleness and softness to your feet, especially during summer when sandals and bare feet are in the spotlight, this massage oil will be indispensable in your grooming kit.

It contains four essential oils and restorative tonic: From the essential oil of lemongrass, powerful tonic tissues, the essential oil of sandalwood, known for his work in regenerating skin and tissue conditioner, and finally the essential oil geranium, valued for its astringent action.

Preparation:

* 10 ml of almond oil or grapeseed
* 2 drops of essential oil of lemongrass
* 2 drops of essential oil of sandalwood
* A drop of geranium essential oil

1. Pour the almond oil in a small bottle opaque.

2. Add one to one essential oils.

3. Close the bottle and shake vigorously.

4. Massaging the feet each night with this mixture. For efficiency, don a pair of socks and leave immediately after asking all night.

If your skin is especially dry in the heel, before carefully sand the hardened part of skin with a pumice stone black. Your feet will be very soft and refreshed, ready to leave the next day more beautiful!

The essential oil of bitter orange neroli

Detox Treatment for damaged hair



In the summer, the sun and heat are by appointment, and as long as you enjoy the sea, your hair and scalp are suffering from excessive sweating, frequent washing, sand and salt. It is timely to offer this treatment herbal and essential oils:

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of Rasul (natural mineral clay from Morocco)
30ml lime infusion
1 tablespoon argan oil
10 drops of essential oil of lemon
5 drops of essential oil of grapefruit

Recipe:

1 - Place the Rasul in a bowl and gradually add the infusion of lime. Mix well.
2 - add the vegetable oil and essential oils.
3 - apply the mask once, and massage the scalp. Leave for 10 minutes.
4 - rinse and wash, then make a gentle shampoo.

Essential Oils and Pregnancy



It is always extremely difficult to combine essential oils and pregnancy. Indeed, some species may be toxic and inhibit the proper development of baby.

However, some essential oils, used wisely and strongly diluted, can be useful during pregnancy, such as an oil for massage and in particular to relieve any pain sensitive, very common during pregnancy. Some will be tolerated to prevent stretch marks, others to relieve nausea, but also spread to relax and avoid stress. Attention in the case of serious illness, skin disease, infection, or previous miscarriage, abstain from any use or massage with essential oils.

Massage: During pregnancy, massage should be very soft, close to the touch. Never friction deep and intense, especially in the abdomen and legs (some acupuncture points in the feet may promote the onset of labor). During the first four months of pregnancy, choose a massage with pure vegetable oils (eg sweet almond oil, argan oil). Past the first four months, you can add a few drops of essential oil in your massage oil, a maximum of 10 drops per 100ml.

Throughout pregnancy, Avoid at all costs the following essential oils:

Basil, cinnamon, celery, cedar, fennel, hyssop, juniper, jasmine, marjoram, lemon balm, mint, nutmeg, myrrh, parsley, rosemary, sage and thyme. Check out the list of essential oils prohibited strictly for professional use.

During the first 4 months, in addition to avoid the list above, the essential oils of rose, lavender, chamomile and geranium.
