Synergy of essential oils against mosquitoes


It's hot, very hot, and mosquitoes are there to remind us!

Here is a little synergy of essential oils that I created and is very effective to remove the ugly creatures in my house:

GĂ©ranuim Rosat Essential Oil (repellent): 10 drops
Essential oil of citronella (repellent): 10 drops
Essential oil of sweet orange (disinfectant air): 10 drops
Lemon essential oil (disinfectant air): 10 drops
Essential oil of Eucalyptus globulus (repellent): 5 drops
Essential oil of marigold (repellent): 5 drops

Mix all in a drip bottle, and put a few drops of the mixture in your diffuser.

Synergy of essential oils anti acne



Stress, fatigue and anxiety, acne and unsightly pimples coming out of the skin are often the result of a nervous condition and excessive or improper diet. To get rid of, here is a synergy of essential oils that you can prepare yourself:

In 5ml of alcohol at 90 ° (about 175 drops) add:

Eucalyptus Essential Oil: 10 drops
Essential Oil of Tea Tree: 10 drops
Patchouli essential oil: 20 drops
Palmarosa essential oil: 30 drops
Lavender essential oil: 30 drops

Pour the essential oils in a small vial of 10ml roll-on, stir well and close. Put 1 drop of this mixture on your button: Caution, do not apply over large areas, or around the eyes or mucous membranes! This recipe should be used sparingly because very few essential oils are diluted.

Foot Bath antiperspirant essential oils



Problem fungal or excessive sweating in the feet, this foot bath with essential oils to be ideal for perfect hygiene and you will take a moment of relaxation.

Ingredients for a foot bath:


- 10 liters of lukewarm water
- A teaspoon of dispersant for the bath.

- 5 drops of essential oil of clary sage

Material:

A basin (10 liters min)

Pour into a glass solubility ET and add the essential oil of Sage. Stir to dissolve the essential oil. Pour your mixture into the water. Mix well and soak your feet about 15 minutes. Rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly.

If you have problems with circulation and heavy legs, add 5 drops of essential oil of cypress, or a few lavender flowers.

Recipe moisturizer for the body



To bring comfort and softness to the skin with 100% natural and preservative free, here's a recipe to prepare yourself.

We will base our cream as two natural products with high moisturizing power: jojoba oil and nourishing action shea butter softens the skin.

Ingredients

10 g of beeswax (about 2 teaspoons)
80 g of vegetable oil, jojoba
20 g shea butter (about 2 tablespoons)
100 ml rosewater
10 drops of grapefruit seed extract
30 drops of essential oil of your choice (eg Rose, neroli, patchouli, which are essential oils regenerative virtues)
1 drop of vitamin E
1 pump bottle of 200 ml

Recipe:

1. In a double boiler, melt the beeswax, jojoba oil and shea butter.
2. Remove from heat, add rose water and whisk thoroughly until a homogeneous emulsion.
3. Cool slightly and add the grapefruit seed extract, essential oils and vitamin E.
4. Pour into a pump bottle.
