Great Exercise

Rock climbing, more commonly known as climbing is to climb a vertical surface with the help only of the arms and legs. The purpose is mainly to reach the summit. As it is played indoors or in a natural environment, the climber moves on a wall, a wall or a cliff. When done indoors, the activity is on a surface that mimics the great rock walls, with the catch. The main advantage of this technique of climbing is that it can be done throughout the year.

In nature, rock climbing is mostly on cliffs. In both situations, there are two main techniques: firstly, it is to evolve vertically with the help of climber tools. It is the artificial rock climbing. The first method is much more secure. Then there is the free climbing. The second technique is to climb along a vertical surface, only with the help catch or natural supports. Fingers and toes are more in demand than during climbing.
