Ayurvedic Traditional Therapy



Ayurveda is the traditional health system of India and massage are an integral part. There are various techniques of massage is one of the largest Abhyanga: A general massage, during which the whole body is massaged with a regular rhythm. During treatment, the therapist takes into account the patient's particular problems: for example, if he suffers from traffic problems, massage is carried toward the heart. Traditionally, Abhyanga is performed by two therapists in a synchronized manner. Other forms of Ayurvedic massages are Pizhichilli (full body massage with several gallons of hot liquid oil), Dhara (forehead massage by pouring warm oil), NaBH (stomach massage), Padagraha ( full body massage, practiced mostly with the soles of the feet) and Padabhyanga (massage of the feet and legs). When all forms of massage, the therapist uses massage oils, made from traditional recipes and with added herbs.
