Classical Massage

The classical massage techniques, common in the West, return to the Swede Per Henrik Ling masseur who has rediscovered in the 19th century, the possibilities of therapeutic massage. Classical massage movements consists of stretching and pressure exerted on the tissues and muscles. The result is directly sensitive to the body, relax tense muscles and relax. On the other hand, massage can also have a positive influence on body functions, such as pulse, blood pressure or intestinal transit. The classic massage uses essentially four basic techniques: effleurage, kneading, friction and tapping. The massager also uses oil or creams to massage his hands would slide better on the patient's skin.
