Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art from China. It is characterized by slow movements very soft. Maybe you've seen on television or on-site people practicing this art in the early morning in a park. At first glance, one might think it's a dance but it's actually a martial art, because every movement has meaning martial.

The idea of KI was born in China long ago. KI the word is often translated in French power. For me, this word is nearly equivalent to life.

The KI is a Japanese word, and the same character is pronounced "chi" in Chinese. In the Japanese language, there are many expressions using that word. For example, we say "Ogenki DESUKA" for "how are you" in Japanese.
