People in the East

People in the East eat lots of fish and the blood becomes impure. Acupuncture is from the south. In the South, there are plenty of fruit and people eat a lot. The blood becomes acidic. Acupuncture helps to solve this problem. Therapy with herbs came from the West. The West is dry and people eat many dairy products, excess dairy products causes problems with internal organs. The herbs can alleviate these problems. The Do-In (specific exercise) came to the center. In the center of the country while there, people eat a lot but do not move enough, so people end up having a disease of wealthy society. Shiatsu took its origin in the Do-In.
