SH'BAM, As Fitness Rhymes with Fun

The group of New Zealand, the Mills is one of the biggest names in world of fitness. His methods are among the most revolutionary if we cite only the BODYVIVE created three years ago and has particularly fascinated the public. Most recently, Mills returns to the front of the stage by presenting SH'BAM, a subtle blend of dance and fitness for a better mobilization of all the muscles of the body. This cocktail of exercises combining hip rhythms and choreography can be practiced by everybody, this regardless of his physical condition. The movements are quite fluid and easy to follow for laymen and professionals to be perfectly at ease on the dance floor.

The session lasts 45 minutes during which practitioners will follow in turn the rate of 12 different songs. The songs used are very varied, ranging from remixes of classic songs through the exotic to the techie frequently broadcast in night clubs around the world. Practitioners will move to the sound of several musical rhythms like samba, hip-hop, disco, reggae and jazz. With this bold and well balanced cocktail, you will go to the dance with joy while eliminating excess weight.
