Concept of Ayurveda


- Vaatha (air and space) leads the movement and nervous system.

- Biththa (fire and water) Managed processing (enzymatic reactions).

- Kapha (water and earth) maintains the cohesion and supporting tissue.

Each dosha is manifested physical, physiological and psychological varying degrees.

Ayurveda, today the West is of interest in its approach to holistic wellness or prevention (yoga, meditation, massage, drugs).

This ancient science, which in then sipirituelle the physical, emotional and expresses people: it is a real reflection. We deeply? You know that they know when everything in our society leads us to the outside: our relationships, and our family responsibilities, the media and modern technologies (television, radio, computer, etc.), the environment (stressful, loud, fast).
