What is energy?

When I talk with people who are not familiar with "the world of energy," they mean is often difficult to integrate this term.
For many, the term refers to the power of the mind the idea of "power" or "physical form." In fact, these assertions are just two of the aspects of a wide range of energy.
As shown in the great Albert Einstein: "Everything is energy." In fact, every living organism, what it is made of energy. But not only! Made places, air, land, and even inanimate objects also of energy. Energy in us and around us.

This energy that surround us, and that means "cosmic energy" or "life energy." This is the "Prana" Indians "chi" in Chinese or "ki" in Japanese. It is, in any case, from my point of view, and the divine power, and as such, it seems to think that this is what many people call "God." But that's just my own opinion and that's just my opinion.
