Green Tea, Infusion

Infusion: drink several cups of green tea with every meal. To prepare, take 1 teaspoon of tea per person + 1 teaspoon more (for tea). Just pour boiling water over tea and cover. Let stand 3-5 minutes. You can consume 5-10 cups a day.
