With what we treat ?


Of course, only listen to music that you really like. A sleepy soft music and quiet. Take for example the Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven or any of Chopin slow night. The black and white keys are a good transition between reality and magic, while the high frequency of piano notes played slowly acts on us like a refreshing shower.

The guitar - especially if the strings transcribe works as Cantabile by Paganini, A Little Night Music by Schubert, Liszt Dreams Love or Vivaldi - is remarkably emotional tensions disappear.

If you're tired, put music, not "that challenges", but acting on your emotions. From an energy standpoint, the sound of violin and sacred music are what charges the better.

If you are in a depressed state, you need something "optimistic" - a minuet by Handel, the third movement of Bizet's Carmen, or even Mozart. It is also very nice to start the day not with the news, but with music high and air - the sequel titled "Morning" from Peer Gynt by Grieg, "April" The Four Seasons by Tchaikovsky or Mendelssohn's Spring Song .
