Supreme Yoga

The spirit of Tantra is difficult to grasp because the taboos surrounding sex are plethora and tough. For thousands of years, sex has ceased to be repressed by most religions. This rigorous and moral guilt regarding sex has created generations of men and women deeply frustrated and inhibited.

The "sexual liberation" in the West was one of the ways to overcome sexual repression exercised by the churches that have imposed their repressive moral in most of our societies. But the result was a drift of permissive sexuality. The dogma of sexual pleasure in all its forms has replaced that of repression. Today, sex has become commonplace to use a product in many Western countries.

The path of Tantra in turn, is neither permissive nor punitive, neither moral nor immoral, it is deeply religious. Tantra believes that anything done in the fullness of his conscience is sacred. And sex, when approached as a supreme yoga is the most beautiful prayers.
