Yoga Postures

In yoga, asansa is measured a simultaneous effort of body, soul and mind to vibrate in unison with the infinite. The ASANA is a static posture made with a specific concentration. It is more than exercise, it is a form of psychosomatic integration. This approach is gentle and respectful to the mystery of being is based on postural rehabilitation and aims to lead the body to spiritual awakening. By suggesting to body tissues, for an adequate concentration and performing a static posture, a new way of being and feeling lighter and freer, the mind sends messages to the receiving system, which responds with relaxation, and energizing well-being. In doing so, we can see that the mind and emotions relax to the same extent as the body.
