The anterior, Lateral and Posterior

Even dressed, broad shoulders are still very good impression. And often we see first the width of the shoulders of a person, rather than his biceps or his calves. A good reason to spend more time in the gym of our shoulders. And who says the shoulder muscles, "said deltoid muscle. The deltoid is a muscle of the shoulder. And derives its name from its triangular shape, shown by the Greek delta. The deltoid is made up of three parts or three bundles: the anterior, lateral and posterior. This muscle allows us to perform shoulder movements forwards, backwards and sideways.

The anterior deltoid, also called the clavicular bundle, binds to the lateral third of the clavicle. Lateral deltoid, or average beam is connected to the outer free part of the acromion of the scapula. The posterior deltoid meanwhile, marries the scapula to the lower edge of the spine of the scapula. Note that the width of our shoulders is not determined only by the deltoid muscles, the length of the clavicles genetics also plays an important role. In short, deltoids give width to our girdle.
